Leadership
Building quality homes isn’t enough. We recognize that as one of the oldest privately-held corporations in the county, Palmwood has a unique position to contribute to the growth, development, and wellbeing of our community. Our outreach includes participating in community events such as art & cultural festivals, family days, and seminars. Palmwood is proud to sponsor community projects including county and civic park pavilions.
Into the third generation of family leadership, we continue to develop beautiful neighborhoods that families can be proud of. Our commercial real estate and construction branch partners with community hospitals and businesses to make way for new growth that help the local economy flourish.
Palmwood’s president, Mr. Glover, is active in church and civic leadership, donating time and resources to benefit the local & global community. He has taken a leadership role contributing insight and guidance through serving as former president of Hernando Builders Association, and actively serves on boards for the government and community development.
